Avocado and mint dip
Avocados have to be one of my all time favourite foods. Avocados are full of the ‘good fats’ our
bodies need to function properly, as well as having a generous amount of
protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre.
When it comes to choosing the right snacks to keep me in
check for the day, I love adding avocado to almost anything!
This home made dip is super fast and super easy to make, and
that’s why its my go-to dip.
