Organic & Beautiful

Every cafe you turn to, no doubt they’re selling ‘organic’ coffee. Even when you’re shopping at your local supermarket, almost everything has been labelled with the O word, whether it be yoghurt, milk, meat and even chocolate.
There is plentiful research showing that organic food – fruits, vegetables and grains – are far more superior in vitamins, minerals and nutrient content , while at the same time being much lower or even having no harmful herbicides, fungicides, pesticides or artificial fertiliser chemicals that can be present in non-organic products.
Now days, even our beauty products are being labelled with the O word. This is because the ingredients found in  creams, serums  and makeup can be formulated in chemical fertilisers which can cause pesticides.
So it wasn’t to long before major beauty companies decided they would go for the more natural approach and switch to using organic ingredients.Your face is like a sponge, which absorbs around 64% of what you put on it. Being organic, your feeding the skin with healthy, natural products such as green tea extract and aloe vera.
This may help with present blemishes, complexion problems and may help to assist with ageing effects. But don’t be fooled- just because a products claims to be ‘natural’ and ‘organic’, does not necessarily mean that it actually is.
Producers want to eliminate the amount of synthetic ingredients and chemicals they use, and even by just using one or two ‘organic’ ingredients, they’re qualified to label the product organic.
Just like reading the back of your food products, if there is more then 5 ingredients or you can’t understand a word it probably means its not organic and isn’t the best option for you.
Treat your skin as you would with your body, if its good for you, your skin will thank you by showing off a glow.
