Stress free!

Being stressed is probably the worst feeling ever.
I know when I'm stressed, my life becomes to much. Simple task become a mission and sometimes I cant bring myself to get up in the morning. As bad as it seems, there is light at the end of the tunnel! I promise :)

"Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. When you sense danger – whether it’s real or imagined – the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight-or-flight” reaction, or the stress response."

But there is many ways you can reduce or even banish the stress from your life so you can be on the right path to be feeling close to perfect again :)

1. E X E R C I S E - no excuses! We all know that exercise releases those "happy" endorphin's  Even a simple 15-20 minute walk around the block is better than nothing at all!

2. Get up 15 minutes earlier- this helps you prepare yourself for the day better and when you're prepared , a weight is lifted off your shoulders

3. Proprieties! Writing down things that need to be done for your day or even week will help get you organised!

4. Take some time for yourself! Whether its 5 minutes or 5 hours, everyone needs that little bit of "me" time. This personally for me is when I paint my nails, watch movies, read magazines, do Pilates and apply a hair/face mask!

5. Smile. Even if you think that things couldn't get any worse and you just feel so unhappy, remember there is always someone out there who is less off then you.

6. Listen to music. Music makes the soul feel good.

7. Drink TEA! I love tea!! and I love coffee but unfortunately caffeine as strongly dosed in coffee as opposed to tea is not what you need. Coffee will fasten your heart up,putting you in stress overdose mode and we dont want that do we!

8. Read a book! Just do it.

9. Get a massage..

10. Just take a step back- relax. Understand that everything happens for a reason, everything and everyone has a purpose. Anyone who has been through the deep end, and who has managed to come out of it alive, knows that there truly is light outside  of  the tunnel. So promise yourself you will breathe, count to 10. And just s t o p.
Time goes by faster then we blink,so we need to know how to not take advantage of the little things in life. It helps place gratitude in our thoughts. Being grateful helps to soothe the soul, and giving and receiving love helps to heal the heart. So again, promise yourself you really will take the time to just stop, breathe and relax

xoxo
