I love searching the book stores and online for health / nutrtion and body books.
I came across a book by Tiffany Hall ( The biggest loser trainer ) called "Fatloss for Good- the secret weapon" , and let me say this is such a good read! She know's her stuff! She basically refers to us as "Ninjas" and re directs everything in our life to the control of our minds and how much influence our minds have over pretty much every angle and aspect in our life!

Anyway so if you're in need of some inspiration/motivation or just generally intrested in preaching what she teaches then defiantly give this book a read! Im half way through :)
