Afternoon healthy treats !
Okay so I was really bored at home, so I decided to make some gluten free goodies!
All you need is
- dark cooking chocolate
- Your choice of toppings
I choose
- gluten free cereal mix from Healthy Life
- White chia seeds
- LSA mix
I micro waved the chocolate until it was melted, then mixed everything together and put two teaspoons full into cup cake papers and let them freeze for 15-20 mins!
I love mixing the ingredients and freezing them is the quickest option!
Try with
- frozen berries
- banana and honey
-almonds and strawberries
