Breakfast : Mixed Berry Smoothie
- half cup blueberries
- half cup strawberries
- half cup skim milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
Snack:
- 1 whole banana
- peppermint tea
Lunch: Bacon rocket lime infused salad
- 1/2 cup of cut up bacon ( I cooked mine with coconut oil)
- 1/4 red onion
- generous amount of rocket salad
- 1/2 avocado
For dressing
- 1 full lime
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Crack some pepper in the dressing and shake well. Apply all over salad when ready to eat! this was so easy to make and so yummy to eat
Afternoon Snack:
- Black tea with almond milk
- thin light wholegrain crackers (serving is approx 3)
- organic peanut butter ( 2 tablspoon)
Dinner: Homemade chicken snitzel with coconut crumbs
- palm size chicken
- 1/2 cup coconut flesh
- steamed veggies
- 1 cup of salad
