A vitamin a day keeps the doctor away!

VITAMIN A - helps maintain your eye set and your skins dewy- even complexion! Plus it's perfect for your hair and scalp especially if you suffer from dandruff or dry scalp
Found in grapefruit,apricots,carrots,broccoli,sweet potatoes,kale,spinach,eggs,pumpkin 

VITAMIN B - Prevents your skin from absorbing excess oil and helps decrease those unwanted breakouts! ( yay ). Bonus is vitamin b also helps boost your metabolism and helps improve the quality of your hair,skin and muscle tone.
Found in Banana,poultry,tuna, avocados,milk,beans,nuts,whole grains

VITAMIN C - Helps to diminish the appearance of  scars,cuts and bruises. Boost the collagen production, which is perfect for your skin and helps make your immune system stronger which equals a healthier,stronger insides!
